I have been regarded for creating effective solutions for managing talent and efficient solutions to organizational challenges. With expertise in career development, leadership coaching and training, process redesign talent management and performance improvement, I want to ensure a proper fit between individuals and the organizations to which they are assigned. I believe in service and remain active in her professional and community organizations. I have served on the board of directors for the Human Resource Management Association of Greensboro (HRMAG) for the last 4 years and am the president-elect. In addition, I also serve on the Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC) Advisory Board for the College of Business and serve as the chief administrator of my church.
